About Saint Urban

Saint Urban serves French inspired fine cuisine crafted, prepared and served by Chef Jared Ian Stafford-Hill and his team in an elegant, comfortable environment.

Our menu changes monthly as we highlight wines and seasonal ingredients from one of twelve different regions. Our dishes are crafted to compliment each month’s curated selection of unique regional wines which are offered in three levels of pairings. Wine can also be selected by the bottle from our extensive, award winning wine list.

We offer a four course prix fixe menu and a seven course chef’s tasting menu.

Tuesday - Saturday, 5:30pm to 11:00pm.
