A changing monthly menu inspired by the world’s finest wines.

Our menus and pairings showcase the wine, culinary spirit and ingredients from one of twelve iconic wine regions. This month we are exploring the wine and flavors of Spain. In July we turn our attention to Tuscany.

We offer a four-course prix fixe menu and a seven-course tasting menu. All dishes are designed to pair perfectly with the month’s wine selections and are crafted based on available fresh ingredients indigenous to our showcased region.

Wine pairings are offered in three tiers plus a unique Domaine pairing in which all wines in the pairing are from a single vintner. Wine can also be ordered from our extensive, award-winning wine list.
